The book captures Cher's journey that started in Minneapolis when she wanted to end her Life and ended in Alabama attending a Goal Setting retreat. She shares how she analyzed her way out of suicide by asking, "And THEN what?" to herself as if she were still in a Project Manager role. She uses a combination of 1st person and 3rd person thoughts in a style that combines humor and insights over many years of her life.
In the book, we see how she changed her Life with this journey along with her name.
